This is Midnight, the little terror. Friend of mine found him in a Lumber yard, hadn't seen the parents for at least 4 days. Took him in. Mother was allergic though and couldn't keep him. I had recently put my best buddy Tigger down (17 years old, caught in my back yard in a have'a'hart trap) so I was still broken up a little.

I went up to his house for a BBQ, poor thing was being tormented by a number of pre-teen girls. I sat down after cooking and he ran up and curled up in my arm. Girls came to get him and he started hissing and raising his fur. Once they decided to back off he curled up in my arm and slept for about 2 1/2 hours. Tried to put him down, jumped back in my arms, left the room, broke my heart with his meows.

Long story short he is now running around my house making a general mess and getting beaten up by the other 2 cats. Every night he sleeps on top of my head or on the pillow next to my head.

Not sure if DKim's pet thread got wasted during the crash, but this is Roscoe. He's a 14 1/2 yr old Shepard/Akita mix I got from the Denver Dumb Friends League (local humane soc). Wild in his youth, going everywhere in the mountains with me. He still loves to camp and fish and chase chipmunks, but now it needs to be warm Summer nights.

This is my dog Kylie. She is a Keeshond. My fiance picked her and I wasn't exactly excited about it. Shes not the manliest dog around. However, I now love the dog. She is so smart and loves people. I haven't heard a bad thing about a Keeshond and I have met a lot of owners since getting her.
