Congratulations! I'm sure after you're married she will constantly find things to spend your cigar budget.

Welcome to the club buddy!
I'll give you some pre-marriage advice: Put your foot down from the get-go, and allow at least $100 a month for your cigar purchases.

Well congratulations on the good news, my condolences on the bad news. I hope you have a cache of cigars built up.

Hey thanks guys, and don't worry her training program has already begun. I started her out with a Macanudo 2 years ago and have been developing her palate since.

Holy crap, I'd quit smokin' for that!!

Well, for a few months, anyway. Then I'd slowly slip back into the stinky, smoky, lazy bastard that I really am.

I second Nelson's advice, but would add another $100 to his budget at least!!

Re: Cigar budget is gone

well there seem to be enough PSD4 threads here already so I'll post the review of my celebratory smoke here: Construction was superb, nice firm smoke with a beautiful wrapper. Prelight draw: a little on the tight side. Light, lit well, awesome aroma, draw was still tight, re-cut and it improved substantially. Taste: nice smooth start, complexity and flavor built throughout, smoked it to the nub and enjoyed every second of it. Conclusion: This cigar definitely lived up to the reputation it has built around here, I'm glad I have a few more in the humi (thanks to a sampler from MiamiE) looking forward to smoking these again... and again... and again...
