Talking NEW 460 pistons

We just got done cleaning our garge my dad and I and I forgot that I bought a set of pistons for a 460. The 460 was suppose to go in my 64 ford f100 but we never got the 460 so ya. I have no need for them not sure how much I paid for them. They are made by Hi-Tech Engine Components, the skirt size is 4.3585/4.3580 and the minimum clearance is .0015. So if any of you want these give me an offer will except cigars! along with some cash. I will try to get ahold of my friends digital camra and post the pics.

Thats funny when you find engine/car parts just sitting around. I just found a master clutch cyliner in my apartment for my 300zx the other day... don't remember buying it...

Really strong engine. Real gas hog, but made great touque and HP. Probably can move them on e-bay, especially if the are forged instead of cast. Used to have a LTD with 460 (in the 1970's), but mostly mess with Chevy's now (easier to find preformance parts)

Good Luck.

385 Engine Forum- Ford 429 460 ... I don't remember if the 429 and 460 shared the same bore. I know the stroke was different. I'll ask a couple of guys I know that have 429's if they have a need.

Re: NEW 460 pistons

Too bad those don't fit a 6.9 diesel or they would be sold to me already! My son and I are overhauling a spare engine for his 1984 F-250.
