I love the feeling after I work out. I mean, I can wake up like at 3AM with my mind racing about everything I have to do, or have not done, or whatever...after I work out, I am totally mellow and can focus on absolutely nothing. Similar to the effect of a nice cigar and smooth jazz.

at this point, I don't think I want to bulk up. I've always had the issue with being a short guy with too much body fat. I am happy with concentrating on just being toned.

I was kind of lean in the torso then, my arms have always been my strongest point. Chest, back and shoulders are bigger now. I have trouble getting my legs much bigger than they are now because of skating 3-5 nights a week, but they are proportinate.

they got rid of the bike test...unless you are on profile in the Air Force. Back to the ol' 1 1/2 mile run, which is fine with me!

Only way I would run a mile and a half if is there was a porterhouse at the end of the track. Good thing I skate so much!

Absolutely right!!!!! What kills me are my thick Sicilian legs. I am only 5'11" and was always at my max weight or over to AF standards. It is much better now.
