A 6 months to a year or so easier said than done, right now I am drinking a some grey goose and cranberry juice. atleast I made the juice lol, and smoking a few cigars. But thats just once this week and with no fiancee I have no distractions. Tomorrow i will be hitting the gym and sunday too.

I don't go too often 3-4 times a week I notice that I bulk up easier like that.

Well talk some more tomorrow, I have to go run a errand real quick.

Seriously, I am injured and haven't been able to work out in close to a year. Surgery is coming though, then I can get back in shape. I've put on 25 lbs this year and it's not muscle.
