Update:
He's pretty much the same, still on a ventilator. however, when someone says his name now his eyes flicker but he doesn't respond to commands so they are taking him for brain scans...

Update:
they found some bleeding in the brain and tomorrow morning he's getting an mri so they can figure out if its from falling and hitting his head or a stroke. Dr. should call back tomorrow.

the pastor called a little bit ago, didnt know the actual medical update but just said that he was a little more cognizant today. Waiting for an update from the doctor but this is at least encouraging.

I managed to figure out the right questions to ask my fiancee to get more info out of her...I swear she's part rubix cube....my father in law was drifting in and out today and while he was he seemed to recognize people in his room. I can't help but feel that his improvement is because of all you guys are doing for us. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, thank you
