Feb 18-25th 2008: Worldwide Ebay Strike

I know that at the very least many people in the pipe forum buy and sell a lot with ebay. If you are a regular patron you probably know about their announcement to jack up the fee's (they actually attempted to pass this off as dropping their rates ) which pissed me off a lot because the fees are high and when you factor in pay pal costs it makes it even higher. Sadly Ebay more or less has a monopoly on the online auction business so for the average person there is very little they can do about the fee increase besides bending over and taking it.

Thats why when I heard about this Ebay Strike a few minutes ago I was really excited. I'm behind this and I encourage anyone else who uses ebay to watch this video http://youtube.com/watch?v=23TomS5--nQ and to seriously consider joining everyone else in the strike.
