The origins of how this debate got started is that I put a picture of the hand circle on my cell phone wallpaper - so whenever someone would flip open my cell to make a call, I'd get to hit them! My wife called BS on me and said she has NEVER heard of it.
So we decided to see how many people have seen the "hand game" to settle it all. A classic!

Oh, and Texan in Mexico - I clamped on to your finger before you could pull it out! (damn....I'm starting to think I should've have said that either!) I owe ya TEN!

Have I ever heard of it? I have five kids, it is going on in the backseat right now as we speak.

I agree that it had to be below the waist and you couldn't draw attention to it. It's hard to believe after all these years, we still play it.

I used to play this with my IT guy at work. I had set my desktop wallpaper to it so when he came over to fix something, he'd get a punch from me.
