Re: Anyone interested in an American Idol bet?

I quit watching it after Amanda went out..(they always say they want somebody different and then she gets voted off) You have quite a few pro's in the running ,,the Irish lass had signed a million dollar contract with some record label and made a CD or two but they flopped,,I can't remember what the rest of them had for deals but the only two that were not pro's were the black guy and the Asian gal and they were both voted off. I guess you can be a pro and get on the Idol as long as you are not currently under contract..
I won't watch it anymore because its a fraud ..

Christie (sp?) Lee Cook had her best night by far, I thought. When they introduced the 8 remaining singers tonight, I was thinking she was the next to go. Maybe not so.

The judges really raved about David Archuleta, but I didn't get it.

Re: Anyone interested in an American Idol bet?

Archuletta finished first in voting again. The big surprise is Cook could be in the bottom 3. I can't believe Kristy Lee Cook is still in this thing and will be safe again this week.

Castro is my favorite, I just don't think he'll win it all.

Where are you finding the voting results?

So was anybody stunned that Mr. Johns went home last night?

I was shocked. I thought for sure Carly was going home.

Re: Anyone interested in an American Idol bet?

I was somewhat surprised. But, when judges rip someone all the fans of that person go extra hard. I'd think no one thought that Michael was going to be gone so they didn't vote as hard for him.

How Christy Lee Cook is still around is shocking to me.

Although they got it wrong, it was pretty darn good.
They had David Cook and Michael Johns literally tied for the last "3rd" spot.
They had the other two right on point.
Was just shocking that of the bottom three, Michael Johns went home.
That is where the website went wrong with their prediction.

That link was very interesting.
Thanks for sharing.

Not shocked, but a little surprised because I thought Carly was getting the ax.

And why Kristy Lee Cook is still standing up there after all these weeks is beyond me. I know, her performance wasn't bad Tuesday night but she's the weakest performer overall.

I think the only reason she is still around is because she is the only one that is doing country and therefore has all the backing of the country fans. Def thought Carly was going home...she even thought that.

Re: Anyone interested in an American Idol bet?

David Cook KILLED it tonight. That was awesome. The funny thing was that right before he sang that song my gf was joking saying "wouldn't that be funny if David did 'Always Be My Baby'" and then he did, lol
