From reading that article it appears that you could still hang a real set on your bumper, perhaps encased in plastic to keep them fresh. Those legislators sound almost screwed up enough to come take office in Massachusetts.

I don't wanna start a turmoil thing here, but, when the Constitution was written the authors had enough self pride and morals not to hang fake testicles from their horse drawn carriages. It was a time of chivalry, they had morals and respect. They would have frowned upon placing fake testicles in plain view of everyone. This is just another example of the moral decline in this country. Again I'm not trying to stir the poop, so don't respond with an argument, it is just my ,which I am entitled to by our Constitution.

I personnally could care less if that's what people do. But your absolutely correct Bam. there was some kids in a car beside me yesterday with their music blasting. All I could get out of the song where explict words. MF, SOB, F this, F that, F you, N this and N that. It sad to think that this is the next generation. Thank God not all our kids are that way.

It is not the place of government to tell private citizens what they can attach to their vehicles (unless it infringes upon someone's safety). If hanging chrome nuts is wrong the let society determine what is socially unacceptable.

The government is infringing on too many aspects of the public citizens private life.

I understand where you are coming from. And i have those same thoughts. However, there has to be personal accountability of the private citizen. If they chose to put those on their truck then it makes them look bad and society will look down at their action. The thought of the government telling me what i can and cannot do in a free county annoys me.

Enough of my opinion.
