I don't really believe this is accurate. I've eaten beans and cabbage several times over the last week, and have been emitting a substantial amount of greenhouse gases myself in the last 2 days. Not the same effect when I eat red meat.
I think the methane from fiber consumption must be off-set somehow! (My wife and daughter also agree - Why do they keep sending me outside to do errands?????)   |
