Re: Books you would recommend
Choke - Chuck Palahniuk (if you've got a relatively strong constitution)
Red Dragon/Silence of the Lambs/Hannibal/Hannibal Rising - Thomas Harris The Sun Also Rises - Hemingway Dracula - Bram Stoker Tobacco - Iain Gately (a rather interesting history of tobacco( The God Delusion - Richard Dawkins (follow it with ![]() The Language of God - Francis Collins (move on to the intellectual argument over the scientific one ![]() God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything - Christopher Hitchens The End of Faith - Sam Harris (I can't really thing of any religious apology that is a satisfactory contrast to those two...) Those last ones I think are particularly important, because in many ways they help define a few of the intellectual struggles of our time. The Green Mile - Stephen King Anything by David Morrell Shake Hands With the Devil: The Failure of Humanity in Rwanda - Romeo Dallaire The Theory of Everything: The Origin and Fate of the Universe - Stephen Hawking Have fun with the reading, I wish I had more time to do it!

I also like Lee Child. Mystery/thriller type writer, what I love about his books are that each one is styled so differently.
