Club Stogie Celebrity Death Matches

There are at times some interesting interactions here. It’s part of what makes CS such an entertaining place. But sometimes things get out of hand. Fortunately, the weapons are only words, and the harm is only feelings.

But what if there could be real combat? Choose your favorite Club Stogie Celebrity Death Match and fill in the details like weapons, what you think would happen etc.

Feel free to make up you own.

I think watching Icehog would be like watching Arnold Schwazneger.

They both smoke cigars and are fast on there feet. It would be a death duel.

Cigars at noon.

Bad poll Dave. I'ts a no brainer. Icehog3 would kick A$$, and then gift them cigars.

I don't get it...

Adam and I hang out and read Nietzche and the Huffington blog to each other every night over Hot Toddies and bratwurst - why would we be matched up?

Re: Club Stogie Celebrity Death Matches

I would pay to see some of this and I'd like to participate in two as well. Since you mentioned conservatives, nothing personal Seangar, I think I'd like to jump in this one. We should probably add a few more liberals on the other side and make it a rumble type of fight. For this, bring what you carry. And sign all waivers before hand.

I'll jump in the Icehog handicap match. The last time I did something like this I got someone bigger and badder, why change things now. I'd say keep this straight hand 2 hand and the enviroment is in play. I'll take two more volunteers or I'll grab the two who live closest to me.

Shame on you Klugs for trying to pit people against each other for your own entertainment.

And this post is purely for fun.

Dave seems to dish the truth, not petty attempts meant to smear someones character. Just an observation, nothing more.

you should have been in the chat room one night. why he keeps creating threads where people should insult each other (I believe it was supposed to be funny), or threads that point out conflicts in club stogie is beyond me.

You have made no bones about enjoying being a 'big thorn in franksmith's side", so why take this so personally? You said yourself you thought this was intended as funny - why jab Klugs? because 'Da Klugs vs. anyone he can't "buy" with expensive cigars' is not even a very well-veiled attack, SG-type disclaimer or not.

JMO
Ooops, step back, reread my first post with a smile on your face, then you will get the tongue in cheek humor. I am not taking it personally, I have been taking it for the last week, but personally no

So is Dave off limits to receiving ribbing?

We all know that people are the same where ever we go
There is good and bad in ev’ryone,
We learn to live, we learn to give
Each other what we need to survive together alive.

Many have good fun here at my expense which is cool George. Banter is what makes this an entertaining place. The key is to keep it classy and in good spirit.

I pick on Dave more than anyone, but it's all in good fun and I know Dave believes that. Your comment however was IMO mean spirited.
