Slightly ironic. I love it.

that's funny, but what makes it that way is that it wasn't his fault, so he took the fall for so many other peoples mistakes..

The best thing, and also in some way making it relevant to this thread, was when banksy smuggled in peices of his own art to 4 galleries... London, New York, chicago and LA, and none of the curators noticed his work for a couple of days... and these were some fairly large peices... highlighting the lack of security at what are incredibly major public venues.

Re: current topic cartoons

this one made me chuckle just because it shows how FUGGIN STUPID some of these cartoonists really are. i mean, don't they do any research before they make a cartoon?

just so you all know, SADDAM built a ton of military bases, a majority of the ones we're currently using. they were attacked by iraqis BEFORE the USA showed up during the 2nd war... yes, that's right, BEFORE the USA showed up for the 2nd war... why? how could that be? why didn't we know that? because nobody digs deep enough to find out that good ol' boy saddam TOOK their tribal lands and made military bases, which is why they still get bombed/mortared/sniped/attacked this very day - not because US troops are there... they just want their tribal lands back.
of course... you won't hear that anywhere outside military briefings on the current status in iraq and WHY things are happening the way they are....
