DVD Burning Help! ?

If there are any experts out there who can recommend some DVD burning programs ( free if possible ) I would appreciate it. Also I do need a little help in setting up the burns. Been trying to burn some of my collection to no avail. Thanks in advance.

Re: DVD Burning Help! ?

Try DVDFab Decrypter. It's free and it does a good job with new releases. I recommend this because it is continualy updated and user friendly. Personally I use RipIt4Me but it isn't updated anymore and isn't very user friendly. Once I have the files on my HD I use DVD Rebuilder Pro but you could use the free version with HCenc. DVDShrink was a great program in it's day but alot of the newer releases won't rip using just DVDShrink. Though, it still is a great transcoder to shrink files to DVD-5. I use ImgBurn to burn to DVD. PM me if you have any questions and I'll try to help.

Use dvd shrink to compress files this is a free program. I use anydvd to decript the movie this program cost like 30 bucks and is well worth the money. It has free upgrades for life. I think you can get a free 30 trial to check it out. It runs in the back ground of the pc. Then you will need cd burning software such a nero or roxio . I use roxio. Here is a link to anydvd sofrtware

If you have any questions pm me.

You are absolutely correct. But did you know that AnyDVD has a built in ripper? So if you are stictly speaking of ripping AnyDVD can do this by itself. Also, AnyDVD is not free. Well it can be but that is a different subject. I was trying to stay with free solutions.

ImgBurn is free and it does a fantastic job of building and burning of DVD files. It is written by the author of DVD Decrypter and is free.

Re: DVD Burning Help! ?

DVDFab Decrypter to decode to DVD
DVD Shrink to compress the DVD
IMG Burn to copy finished DVD
These are all freeware programs and they work great. I've never had a problem burning DVDs.
