Man, I can't beleive you people are so short sighted. This is obviously the beginning stages of a vast first-grade drug ring conspiracy. First, the student needed to get the teacher to think "oh, how cute, she is giving her friends bags of dirt as gifts," like any normal person would think when they saw such a thing. Then the bags of dirt could be replaced with bags of actual pot, and the teacher would continue to think how cute it was. You have to think past the present moment and see where these kids are going with these things. We all no that there is no innocence in youth anymore. First graders are singin about ecstacy on TV commercials people!!! Don't you know what kind of world this is? I, for one, am glad we have such astute teachers in our schools and can relax with the knowledge that such bright minds are shaping our nation's future generations.

OK, OK, so the teacher is a freakin idiot and should probably not be allowed to teach after this. Hmmmm, here is an idea, instead of suspending kids from school for acting their age, how about we fire teachers that prove to be much too inept to deal with children much less shape their future in a positive manner.
