This is an easy one, Booker, especially if you haven't said anything to her, (and she doesn't read your post!.)

While I like meatloaf fresh outta the oven, it is best a day later AFTER all the flavors have combined, especially when you cut into slabs and make it into a sandwich. So, take some to work as a sandwich, and then call her up at lunch and RAVE about how outta this world the meatloaf was a day later. The best part is........... It will be true, because meatloaf REALLY IS better the second day. Just one of those things. It's so true, that when Karen make it, I have her make two loafs. One for the meal, one for me to have sandwiches for the next several days!
