Some of the independent breweries still make traditional Canadian beer. Big Rock comes to mind. All the large ones (Breweries) are American owned.

All canadian beer sucks. The micros you have that are just copying what we are doing down here don't count (and aren't as good anyways). Let's also not forget that your money is silly (loonies and toonies?), we have better beef (so you might be having more sex but we are eating tastier steaks), and our beer is vastly superior.

Sorta off topic, but if I were Canadian I think I might find this thread somewhat strange. I mean, what are Canadians trying to say here? That they are more American than we Americans? Why aren't you all out trying to live the Canadian dream (whatever that is lol) rather than trying to out do your southern, better beer producing, neighbors?
