Just heard that Ford is being sued because Rouse made 200 hundred of the Mustangs instead of 100.

Re: Going home present to myself (Mustang Lovers click here!)

Doc,

Mrs. TikiHut and I bought a 2005 Roush (black/black) when I got home from my first tour in '05. We had ordered a blue GT, but went to the lot the day the first '05 Roush's came in and couldn't leave without buying. Don't have pics here in country, but boy, what a good-looking product Roush can put out. Mrs. TikiHut even lets me drive it now and again, if it's not raining.

BTW, in the lessions learned category, your military ID won't get you off the hook for a ticket when you drive a car the cop wishes he had.

Won't know for sure until I dyno it, but if I remember right a stock Stage 3 is just shy of the Cobra, so 380-390 ish at least.

My large facial orifice has yet to fail chewing up all GMs we've come across
Haven't gotten to play with the new Z01 (I think that's the new Vette) but I'll be looking forward to it when I do.

@CPT M: I certainly wouldn't count my ID as an 'ace in the hole' but once upon a time just my uniform hanging in the back seat showing I was a Corpsman got me out of a 110 in a 65 in MA because the nice trooper who wanted to talk to me about it was a former USMC Infantry officer.

Well, I certainly NEVER got out of a ticket by conspicuously placing my driver's license underneath my Military ID and saying "Oh, look, Officer, here is my driver's licence, placed under my Military ID! Goodness, I thought I had left it in my Military Uniform after leaving the Military Base upon completion of my Military duties!"

You know it's true, too, because this is the internet, and it couldn't be here if it wasn't true.

Don't forget there is a Sport that comes before the Stage 1. Stage 1 has the Roush wheel package and the Sport (or Stage None) has only the body kit.

Its a ZR1 and youll get smoke, same with the Z06 and Im willing to bet the stock LS3 (base vette) will probably show you his tail lights.

Yeah, I'd really like to see that Roush take on a ZR1. My money definitely would be on the Chevy. As much as I love my Mustang, I know that there are a lot of faster cars out there.

That ZR1 has a supercharged LS9 with over 620hp/595tq. But with a base price of $100k+, I would hope that thing has some serious power. I've seen a few around the streets with manufacture plates, and I'm guessing they are GM Execs. They sound badass.

Looks fast! Is that an independent rear suspension?

Why is one seat red? Was the pair originally black?
