I've been in Martial arts for 20+ years and never ran into anything like this. Another Master sent me this URL. With that said I'll just let this thread go where it may. Probably a quick death!

I have been involved with chinese kenpo for 27 years now...(yes since I was 5). Martial arts of any sort are great for kids and adults alike. That site was a total trip...funny stuff. My wife might agree with penile training...maybe I would get a little more then.

I think I'll stick to lower weight and more reps when working out the third leg. Sure everybody wants to bulk up, but I prefer to tone and get the stamina for gameday.
