We appreciate the support. Thanks to all of you.

Long day of doctor consults and a final decision to use the Cleveland Clinic. Surgery is scheduled for the 20th. Ductal - level 2 a-b. Unclear if it has spread outside the duct from the MRI, but all the doctors say they caught it early.
