Re: PC Setup...

I feel like a piker. I only have 2 up and running and spare parts enough for one or 2 more. I could never convince myself to invest either time, money or emotion into a top of the line computer because they become obsolete so fast. I know what 2 terrabytes of storage means and so do many other posting on this thread and not but there are millions out there who don't because a gigabyte "was" just so damn huge or fast. Tomorrow a terrabyte may be too tiny to save anything and a 12 terrahertz processor may be way to slow. Have fun anywho. I don't mean to be a wet blacket.

Re: PC Setup...

I wholeheartedly agree with you. I bought a laptop about a year ago and 2 months later it was second grade already. PC´s today are not only a tool, but as applies to celphones, they´ve become an accessory.

If we all had to keep up with the latest technological trends... I doubt this forum would be up and running. We wouldn´t have the cash for anything else.

and the batteries seem to last for ever. I've had mine for about a year now, and I've changed the keyboard batteries about 3 months ago, and the mouse is still going strong.
