[SIZE=3]Hey Marianne, whats shakin'? Glad to hear that everything worked out ok on your appendectomy. Had one of those myself back in 1976. Sort of on an emergency kinda basis you know? I remember the demerol shot given just prior to the surgery to 'relax' me. Felt like my head was floatin' on one side of the room and my body on the other. So, my surgery gets continued a half hour or so and the good doctor thinks 'I need another injection of demerol'. Go right ahead I sez. After the second injection, who knows where my body floated off to

They didn't give me anything until they wheeled me in because I still needed to sign the consent form for the anethesiologist-told them I wouldn't sign until I met him and looked him in the eye. Once they put me on the table I don't remember a thing.
