Totally depends on when I go in for work. Can be as early as getting up at 0300 to go in for 0400, my normal schedule which is second shift that starts at 1600. I usually go to bed around 2 and get up at 9 or 10.

Usually go to bed between 2:00 - 3:00 AM and am always awake by 6:30 AM
Of course I only get average of 2 1/2 hours sleep a night due to Restless Leg Syndrome.

Hoky Crikey! When I did four years of mids in '02-'05, I probably averaged 4-5...I can't imagine 2 1/2!

But if you have never suffered from RLS trust me it is no joking matter. Everything seems fine till you lay down to go to sleep and then it is so uncomfortable that you just toss and turn all night.
