How late do you sleep in?
Man, I usually have to get up way before mister sun gets up on work days. On the weekends, I try to stay up late, but still wake up with mister sun regardless of how late I stay up. I think this was instilled in me when I was a kid and my dad used to wake us up EARLY on Sat. mornings to do chores...even before those wonderful 80s Saturday morning cartoons. I think I am screwed for life. Gonna, once again, try to challenge my theory tonight.

If my son is home, I'm up at like 7, if he is not, 9:30 or so. I also go to bed between 1 and 3 in the morning thanks to this site.

I work afternoons, so on days that I have to go to the gym, I get up between 8AM-9AM. On non-workout days, anywhere entween 9AM-10AM. Usually don't get to bed before 1AM (and often much later), but I am trying to get better.

Up at 4:30 weekdays, 8 weekends. All times listed in "A.M."

I used to be on the Admiral's sleep schedule, though.
