For those Gorillas that have kids, here is a thread to pay homage to them and what they mean to us. I have a beautiful 15 year old daughter that is absolutley wonderful and a 1 year old little boy who is equally as spectacular. I thank the good lord everyday for them and the fact that they are happy and healthy.

This is my family on the Friday before Memorial Day, when the adoption of my youngest son, Thor, was finalized. My 4 oldest children are our biological kids. My wife and I are foster parents for our county. We've had a number of other kids live with us, but Thor's case was a total train wreck. Thor came to us at 2 days old, straight from the hospital after being born. His birth parents are unfit to parent him. Once the court terminated their parental rights, we immiediately said that we wanted him to stay with us. It took almost another year, but now he is legally ours. The court trials were pretty ugly, and the judge was as happy as we were when the adoption was finalized. Thor is 2, my other kids are 12, 13, 17, and 19. We are truly blessed.

You are darn right you are lucky. You have a beautiful family. Im glad everything worked out for the little guy, looks like he is pretty blessed as well.
