Man Punching Girl In Line At LA McDonald's

Has anyone seen this?
http://www.knbc.com/news/17597527/detail.html

besides the fact that a grown man is punching a kid, it appalls me that everyone else is standing and watching, even as the guy walks away and apparently not even caught.

I really dont think this guy would have gotten out the doors after that down here in texas (or for that face any other sane state) without someone tackling him to the floor.

Thoughts?

happened pretty fast, who knows what any of us would have done if we were there. I think that we'd all hope that we would have jumped the guy and held him for police, but you never know.

Did you notice that the little kid at the counter appeared to be his? Sad, very sad.

From my old red cross training I remember that vast majority of people freeze in when crisis happens. This is particularly true in crowds where people make the assumption someone else will respond. It is just human nature. To respond actively in situations like this is a trained response which most people get from either police, military or some kind of first responder training. Absolutely horrible all around.

and NO ONE so far has questioned what the 16 year old was saying at the time??

Personally, what I've seen in my lifetime, this doesn't affect me....I've listened to some foulmouthed teenagers that, well, honestly, deserve to get their mouth punched in.

If that happened in front of me, and I did nothing, I would feel like an asshat for the rest of my life. No matter how mouthy the kid possibly was, she didn't deserve a thumping from that dude. NO excuse. It's fncking Mickey D's for chrissake, it doesn't matter who is in front of who in the line, you still get somewhat warm, unhealthy food.

If that happened in front of me, I would pat the guy on the back and laugh my a$$ off.

LOOK at the video.

WATCH the girls body language.

Do You NEED to hear what she's saying?? No.

What does this tell me?? Her parents FAILED in raising her and she got exactly what she should have gotten when she was much, much younger.

THAT is what happened. Society getting stuck with raising children that parents don't give a sh*t about.

Re: Man Punching Girl In Line At LA McDonald's

Again I agree it was wrong. But no one knows what transpired except the people that were there. Some people think they can say anything or act anyway they want without consequenses.
I sure i'm not the only person who's had to listen to bs from people in public, and did nothing but complain about it later, Most people i know would rather suffer in silence, than cause a bigger disturbance than was already happening.

Flame on

If you can't handle words without throwing punches, you shouldn't go out in public.
