DVD to Tivo

I back up my DVDs to my PC harddrive and I thought it would be cool to be able to transfer movies to my Tivo S3 to watch. I read some instructions online and used DVDshrink. I then changed the .vob to a .mpg as per the instructions found here http://www.zatznotfunny.com/dvdshrink.htm. It seemed to work find and I went about transfering it to the Tivo. After a few minutes I checked Tivo and it was transfering fine, I was even able to start watching the movie. After I saw it was transfering ok I went and did some other things. After about 1 hours I came back to check on it and it was no longer transfer and the movie was not on the Tivo at all. It was like it was deleted or never even transfered. I then tried it again and the same thing happened. It still shows in TivoDesktop but for some reason when it transfers to the Tivo it won't stay on there.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
