We still have a Vertibird. The "big kids" still love to play with it!

I had darn near all the Garbage Pail Kids cards cricky101.

I wish for an adult size sit n spin.

I loved transformers, GI Joe and Star Wars action figures.

Hehe...sweet thread. Nice way to rub in all the toys we were too poor to afford!!! Hell, we just unraveled metal coat hangers attached crabapples to them and lobbed them at each other until someone cried.

Here's a few that stuck out for me:

The best hats of my childhood!

The Cisco Kid sombrero

The Tiges

The Wolverines ------------------------------- The Lions

and the toughest head covering on earth:

(Gordie Howe's scalp - no helmets back then)

Closest pic I could find to my first skateboard. Nash was it back then. Metal wheels and a deck of solid wood over an inch thick. Old School represent!

Re: Do you remember these? - A tribute to childhood memories.

Jeez, great toys here.

How about the Lemon Twist? Some kid in the neighborhood threw one over the power line and it stayed there for years.

How about the Wheelo or Gyro Wheel?

Tinker Toys:

Lincoln Logs:

Stretch Armstrong: My cousin cut his on the arm and tried to put a Band Aid on it. Thick green goo oozed everywhere. Had to trash it.

And finally, the electric, vibrating football game and the higher tech electronic football game. Had one of each. I can hear that annoying electronic beep now.:

Actually still have the NES in my media cabinet, ok it's not hooked up, but it would be if i had all the parts .

But before that i had this hot steaming peace of

That and a massive box of not so Hot Wheels (you know them special ones, with 3 instead of 4 wheels...) and Lego.

But I guess I was outside most of the time.
