How about gatorade mix in a water cooler. Someone's bright idea for heat stroke preventio, The mix in the jug is not refridgerated and it spoils. I cleared my stomach within three minutes and was fine afterward.

I had this happen, too. Actually about 10 of us had it happen within about a minute of one another....Quite unpleasant.

I would add my kids finger when you don't know where its been prior to him running in the room. I can only hope it was in his nose.....Yeah, I prefer to think it was a bugger, it was that bad!!!!

Made me choke on my coffee.

Don't know if this counts, but I wish I hadn't put my tongue on that ice cube tray when I was 5 yrs old. My 13 yr old brother suggested it.

I put something in my mouth once in the Bahamas that I'm still not sure what it was. Looked like beef, but was slippery, slimy & tasted like castor oil. I spit it out in a napkin.
