BRIDGEPORT, Conn. (AP) — A Connecticut judge has given the brush-off to a blonde woman's lawsuit claiming L'Oreal Inc. ruined her social life when she accidentally dyed her hair brunette with one of its products.
Charlotte Feeney of Stratford says she can never return to her natural blonde hue, a shock that left her so traumatized she needed anti-depressants.
She says she suffered headaches and anxiety, missed the attention that blondes receive and had to stay home and wear hats most of the time.
A Superior Court judge dismissed Feeney's 2005 lawsuit Monday, saying she never proved her allegation that L'Oreal put brown hair dye in a box labeled as blonde. The company also had disputed the claim.
Feeney referred questions on Wednesday to her attorney, David Laudano, who has declined to comment.

I have more faith and confidence in the judge and civil system. Still losing confidence in a lot of the population though...

Great quote! Adding to my collection.

Now that she confesses to being a "true blonde" we can gain some insight on how perhaps she bought the wrong color or mixed up the bottles.

OK, I'm a guy, but if it was her natural (as in when the the hair comes out of the coconut on top of her neck, that's the color it is), how could she stop it from returning? AND, if her "natural" color was so great, why did she buy color to begin with?

Cigar are so much easier to understand than Women!!

I thought this was a joke until I read it. Im embarassed to live in the same state as this woman.

Heres a question for ya.... if shes a natural blonde, why was she dying her hair blonde??

I'll admit, I didn't even consider that. Good question

And...

Her claim was that after dying it brown she could never return to her natural blond, but she wanted to dye it blond?

So next time they should just sell her an empty box, and label it natural blond. The color you've always had...

Oehoehoeh, and why didn't she just dye it blond again...

Now, i don't claim to be no expert here, but when you color youue hair, don't you only color the hair ON your head and nothe hair that is still IN your head?

In other words, when it grows..wouldn't it be the "natural color?
