I couldn't find the thread on chiropractors that was going on last week. Here's a treatment called "Graston Technique" that is amazing for soft tissue damage. Basically, the scar tissue pulled off the damaged area by an istrument that looks like a dull butter knife. The are become black and blue, but movement is improved immediately! I had it done to my knee and was amazed. Any chiropractor that is certified in this method is a chiropractor worth considering.
