One of The WORST days I've had...

So its starts out with my lil bro and I trying to go to the movies. Well that never happened because there was line coming out the door of the damn place and the parking lot was full, including the adjacent lots. So we decide to go to Circuit City and Barnes and Noble. That goes fine, until I walk out to the parking lot and find the bumper of my fathers car is thrashed. No one left a note, it was a hit and run.

Now I'm thoroughly pissed off, so I decide to go home and have a little herf with my cigar buddies down at our local bar/restuarant. I figured a nice cigar will help me relax and cool off. Apparently not. We're in the middle of hanging out when a man comes over. "Put those F***ing stogies out, they stink!"
My friends told him "Ok" becuase I was too livid to even talk at this point.

We of course (by my command), kept smoking. Now, I'm the kind of guy who doesnt like conflict. If he had calmly walked over to us and asked politely, I actually might have considered it.

Needless to say, he was belligerent, and I am livid.

Worst.Day.Ever.

EMJAY,,,been there and dealt with this. People who run into your car and then take off are not better than rapists in my world. I watch my vehicles like a hawk now and always keep it range when I park. As far as the a$$hat who wanted you to put out your cigars,,,(esp. when it is permitted to smoke ) I usually will tell those who suggest I do that to either go to the other side of the establishment or learn to enjoy it,,,and I usually do this standing up while I say it. So far, no problems.

Had some of those days also. They suck, no 2 ways about it.

But, I have learned, they will pass, the the next days will be better, usually much better!!

i would have put that cigar out in his eye. that little sob you should have cracked him over the head with your drink. other than that ive had those days were nothing goes right even the little things.

Who even says that? Guy doesn't even know you and expects that you'd respond nicely to his rude behavior and put them out? Guy is lucky you guys didn't pounce on him.

That said (and I'm like Gary and VERY cautious about where I park...it's always far, far away, an end spot, never next to anyone), the guys are right. Your day sucked for sure. Really. But if that's yer worst day ever...you are one lucky SOB! It'll get better, for sure! After your pop kicks yer a$$ for f'in' up his car....man, have I been THERE! I feel for 'ya.
