Kelly's Heroes was the most fun. Dirty Dozen is great.
Let's Not Forget the "Rat Pack's Oceans 11, And there is much to be said about both versions of the Italian Job.

check out these two british films:
Sexy Beast w/ Ben Kingsly Layer Cake Both are fairly recent releases, great mob, heist movies!

"Beast"
Buzz,
Sexy Beast was great. I guess I saw it as more than a heist flick as the interpersonal relationships were key to the plot more so than the Heist. I will have to view that flick again. Ben was great as were all the cast. Another flick you could call a heist flick is "Suicide Kings" Christopher Walken was superb. He was unusually understated.

I have Suicide Kings, found it kind of flat, slow, not enough plot twists to keep me interested, Layer Cake is one of my go to movies now.
other favorites : Heat Donny Brasco Formula 51 The Coruptor Transporter 1 & 2
