New Condos ~ Clearwater Beach, FL
An old friend had the oppertunity to stay at one of the new CLW Condo's right on CLW Beach this weekend and asked me if I wanted to enjoy the "High Life"...... and I humbly excepted.
I think these were selling during construction for about 400K and 12 months later are worth a good 7 - 800K..... Just nuts! What a relaxing weekend........ and of course, wish you were all here!             |
