It's a 1974 vintage thats been used and abused. I just never got around to fixing it until now. I have the time for a week or two, just not the parts.

Right side grip is broken, and the muzzel extension is dinged. probably FUBARed the threading.

Evening Denny, Where is the muzzle extension dinged, what make and model is the colt,( 1975 ish) hard to translate to parts catalog

I might have a few other parts to jazz up a .45

Hi Tom, I removed the extension, parts to replace are the barrel, (Std 5") Mine has internal threading, but it's not necessary, Std recoil spring, recoil spring plug and the barrel bushing. It's a 1942 parkerized Navy 1911A1 .45 I'm sure its going to need more work than that, but it would be a start.

Just up at the jazz..... no real deals. Only picked up a couple blades.....

No good grips to look at or 1911 deals. Soo..... we'll still have t see what we can do for you from parts. I have quite a few of your list and will review with you this week.
