it hasnt happened in about two years.... was doing pretty well since i started running more and doing strength training with my legs. well its kind of weird how it happened this time. i was in my room and i had turned right and my knee caught the edge of a large blue bin i just throw my clothes in so my leg went one way and my kneecap went the other..

That sucks
 . I thought you were going to say that you were in your room and you turned right carry a couple hundred pounds of Graycliffs to put in your humidor and they started falling and hit your knee. Hope it heals soon. Smoke a stogie, I hear you heal faster if your smoking  .

Damn, sorry to hear.
If it is any consolation, the doctors thought I tore external and internal ligaments in my knee 4 weeks ago. MRI on Friday came back with no tears, a small fracture and bone bruise. Turned 40 in Dec so I can say getting older is a biatch! At your age, you will be playing hopscotch in a few weeks! Oh yeah, nurse the hell out of this with the g/f!!!
