Per Toby's sugestion,,,,,,

Captain's Log - Zero Three - Oh One - Oh eight

A very average day. Boring and almost depressing. Lunch I had a chicken breast (I like BREAST).... with bbq sause.... small serving of bbq beans and lemon watter. Dinner was a thick NY Strip with to much fat, so what looked like a huge piece of meat (what SHE tells me all the time) ,,,, was really a perfect portion for dinner. New patato's and a small cersar salad. I did drink.... Cristal light sugar free ice tea.....

The highlight of the day was taking a nap in that nice leather recliner at Blue smoke for about 45 mins..... and hanging out with Susan and smoking a CAO Vision and 1495. Went to bed very early......... but well rested for day two. Day 2 has the excersize getting in gear.

All in all. Day one sucked..... but a success. I guess....

Thnaks for listening......

Congrats on completing day one .
I know right now you feel like this,
But at the end of March, when you have succeeded and reached your goal, you'll look like this, (and maybe a little bit of this too ).
Just take it one day at a time and keep every now and then.

Thanks Bob....made me smile....

Today has been SO PRODUCTIVE! It takes a good 48 hours for that booze to really clear my system.... so today has been jam-packed! Will post photos later.

Stan,.... it's up to Andy if he can get more time off to get up to clearwater. He has his family and is sneaking away for a couple hours to hang. I know it's tax time.... but you should sneak out at 11.... and head back at 2...... John's Pass isn't to far south.... about 20 mins on a motorcycle..... ...... you can use one of mine Stan....

Good job on your start. I have started mine as well. Today is a nice day out, 75 here, makes me want summer to get here.

I took my dogs on a 45 minute walk. I think they are as tired as I am. My shoes I bought as really helped on my foot.

OK.... DAY 2.......

Captain Log: Oh three.... Oh two.... Oh eight........

MUCH better day. Slept great...... got up and took a bicycle ride across the bridge and down to CLW Beach and then some....

http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&resnu ... a=N&tab=wl

Guess the map didn't work... sorry

Smoked a Davidoff on the way out and a Bolivar on the way back. Saw some things I had never seen before because I was on bike. It was a BEAUTIFUL morning... and rode shirtless (not a pretty sight).... and totally enjoyed almost 2 hours pedaling.

- Did 3 loads of laundry and changed da'linen
- Washed BOTH bikes (Smoked a La Gloria)
- Washed and waxed the Tundra (H.Upman)
- did my sit-ups/crunches (after the bike ride)
- Had Strawberries for a late breakfast
- 1/2 a steak and new potatoes for an early din din
- Pulled out all the guitars and about to go tune them all and get the dust off...
- Only spent 10 bucks yesterday for lunch and today only spent $9.76 at Big lots for Aspirin & other needed stuff
(and used quarters for the big-lots trip!)
- Cleaned my Liver and cleaned my colon....

All in all..... today was a great day. Thanks everyone for chiming in and standing by me. Kinda helps to be held accountable and the main reason I posted these goals.... so thanks.. really!

Enjoy the photo's please....

This is a tribute to the USS Maine..... I think it said it was sunk in Habana Harbor... and the dark plate on the front of the tribute is from the metal of that ship...

Gotta eat good....

Then clean the pooper.........

Really I luv this stuff! PM me if you wanta know anything about it.

The Milk Thistle is suppose to clean your liver and act as an antioxidant. Hummm.........

And now... time to relax....

Just know that I posted all this "stuff" to keep me busy and focused.... this is not easy......

I have no access to a car while down there. John's Pass is about 1.5 miles from our Condo, so I can make the walk pretty easy. I usually can't get access to car. It'd be nice to see you down at John's Pass, though!!! Hey CM, can you ride Three on your bike?
