I don't know what a CS is...I am a Systems Administrator. We have standardized on Windows XP service Pack 2 at the moment. The fact that you support systems makes me wonder even more why you think a Windows 95 CD is still useful for anything other than a frisbee.

Sys-Admins and CS's are one of a kind.

I am working with relics here.
Our machines are 9+ years old except for the new Gateway laptops which, work quite well with XP.

As for the old Dells. I would put 95 or less then 2000 on them and would get much better proformance out of them.

I never did get along with Sys-Admins. They run their show from a office and are never in the field to see the real pain.

But then again. You may see it another way. Most likely.
I also think you have a little of the Napoleon Bonaparte syndrome in you.
That's just me though.

Just give me a machine with 95 and I will smoke all your asses.
That's just me though. Vista sucks. At least in my environment.
My two cents.
yeah well my quad core intel running MSDOS smokes all!

I have an XP desktop, XP on my laptop and Vista on another desktop.. I hate vista.... it sucks... i hate how they changed essential features average users dont feel my pain because they dont use the full capabilities of windows

its possible to get machines with XP on it from the factory although most manufacturers if you talk nicely to them will give you a free downgrade CD from vista to XP.

I'm in charge of all of the laptops/workstations at my company and recently purchased 15 lenovo laptops with XP. so they are still out there just gotta look for them.

I recently bought a compac with windows vista, it was the cheapest laptop I could buy. ( $449.00 +tax)

But I have a Veo, web cam at that I can no longer use, not compatable.

Anyone with XP or earlier, need a webcam? (free)

I gave like $70, would be a shame to throw away.

PM, me if interested.

Tom

Hey, Jax

Headed your way, DC#0308 0070 0001 1270 3064

A couple smokes fell out of my pocket, so I left them in there.

Thanks Tom! I'll be back in town on Friday, but the wifey will be home to recieve it - I'll make sure she opens up upon reciept.

I'll let ya know when the package has arrived safey; assuming I still have a house and wife to come home to.

I just got back in from my trip and my wife told me a bomb had landed yesterday. I had forewarned her so thankfully she took the necessary precautions.

Many thanks Tom!!! I'll be hooking up the camera tomorrow sometime. My daughters' mom has one too so now I can sync up with them and have "face to face" conversations with my daughter.

The poor sticks that fell out of your pocket are safe and sound in my humi now. The Camacho looks amazing - I can't wait to fire that puppy up! And Excaliburs always have a home in my heart. MMM Good.

Thanks again bro, I really appreciate it Tom!

Glad they made the trip safe and sound.

Good to hear the camera will find a good home.

I bought it for my last laptop, and then never used it.

The Camacho's were a closeout at JR, pretty good for $2.00 stick

The Hoyo's smell and taste wonderful, excellent stick.
