I have less GRAY hair today that a YEAR AGO!!!
No lie........
My hair style'est comes to my home to cut my hair about every 8 weeks,,,, I thought maybe it was mental.... but I KNOW I have less gray hair today than I did just year ago!!!!!!! I will have to look through phots and post... but other than her noticing...... I SAY IT TOO!!!! Here are the reason I think my hair is less gray than just a year ago.... - P90X.... wroking out about 5 to6 day a week stimulate cell growth. - Supulments! B-12, Biotin, protiens, B complex, and all the other vitamins I take at lunch and after a work out. - Protien shakes with supulmemts.... - Food intake is less.... WAY less crap.... and more high protien and more natural foods: Blue berries, fruits, and natural foods. I also use a couple hair care products, but do not feel they are the reason I have less gray........... I also saw a guy on news 2 months ago that eats food out of his garden.... all home grown natural foods..... at age 65ish.... he has NO GRAY..... I KNOW my life choices have made a HUGE differance and didn't even plan this,,,,,,,,,, How cool!!!!!! |

At least somebody is being healthy around here! I have to get back to that again. I was good for a few years and then bad for the last couple.

how are you getting a hair cut every 8 weeks!!?? i need one every 8 days.
no joke. every 2 weeks, im getting it lined up. i watched WAY too much teen wolf in the 80's |
