Sorry to hear about your dog. I still miss my dog and she passed on three years ago. I believe that you can judge the character of a man by how much he loves/misses/treats his pets. My condolances.

So sorry for your loss Mike! It so wasn't your fault, we can only do so much and than everything happens for a reason. I know how you feel, I have a cocker spaniel who will turn 8 this month and I love her to death, she keeps me sane, I almost lost her when she was 1 because we were both viciously attacked by a pit bull, I blamed myself too, but I did all I could to stop it, luckily she survived! My prayers go out to you and your family in this difficult time!
