Another Mars mission is coming up!

I remember in the mid to late 90s our successful landing on Mars with that crazy airbag landing.

I also remember our recent failures... hence the Phoenix!

Someone needs to import some Oxygen to Mars for the first ever Mars Herf!

We should get a BOTL involved in Mars exploration.

Actually you might be able to find some... Check if JPL and NASA have public bulletin boards and pose the question "Do any of the people involved with the project smoke cigars?" Might work!

Ummm . . . I am. That is why I have been so busy. We just delivered our instrument (Phoenix Mission: TEGA) and they put it on the probe. It is now in Florida for mating with the rocket. I can't wait to see it launch. The first launch opportunity will be on Aug 3, 1007 @ 6 AM Florida time. I'll be up smoking a stogie watching.

No airbag landing this time though, we are doing it the old fashioned way. Retro rockets, just like the Viking.

I heard that the next mission is to circle Uranus in search of Klingons.

Great! Now Richard Hogland will grab onto this as proof that NASA is hiding tech since we have been to mars 1000 years ago. Sheesh! There goes my Mason Gold bonus.
