Oh... ohohohohohohohohohoh..... I got the Alex Skolnick Trio 'Goodbye to Romance: Standards for a New Generation' CD.... Alex Skolnick, former guitarist with Testament, and his Jazz Trio cover seminal rock and metal tracks, with a few originals, in a jazz style. Like Jazz? Love RAWK and MetaL? find a copy of this CD and give it a listen!

An old Less Than Jake album, along with as much of their discography as I could find.

Been a while since I bought an album. I think the last two were bought together and they were Soviettes LPII and Smoke Or Fire Above the City. I like both.

Downloaded James Blunt's CD "Back to Bedlam". My newest friend likes it a lot, so I have it when she comes over.

Been a while since I bought one...the New Stones CD "A Bigger Bang". The new Pearl Jam song is good so I'm looking forward to that, as well as the new Audioslave CD "Revelations" due in June...can't wait for that.

awesome.... indie lo-fi almost reminds me of punk in some places.

[Edit: that's indie lo-fi in a UK minimalist sense, not a US indie lo-fi grunge sense.]

One of my favorites. I love the recording (even the tape hiss that's audible adds something for me), the song arrangement is a straightforward build-up that's done to perfection, the musicianship is top-notch and her voice.. forget about it. The little elements like the percussion in the beginning and the washboard in the opening of the bridge are great too.
