I got a question...

If most of the cigar smokers are men... why are cigars shaped like... well... you know what they are shaped like...

It would be kinda hard to roll a cigar shaped more in the form of a female, wouldn't it?

I am going to petition for more advanced rollers that can make other body parts...

PS - It does look like an unjointed arm doesn't it?

Perhaps we should ask John Rider post a video on how to do that?

You know, I had been thinking about that one myself. What I thought of is that the size ratio between a cigar and an adult's mouth is about the same as a mother's nipple and an infants mouth. Perhaps what we are really trying to do is go back to when we were infants and everything was provided and we had no worries. It would explain why so many cigar smokers say it relaxes them.

Just a thought, your mileage may vary.

Uh, I thought the goal behind CL was to encourage the enjoyment of cigars.. you are placing a thought in my mind that could really disturb that enjoyment. azzapp:

Therefore, I reject your comparison and choose to believe that cigar shape is completely arbitrary.

Ok here is another question. Do you ever flick the cap/caps instead of cutting?

Ah gots a question Ah'd like to axe... The "cello on or off" issue is already decided in Squid's mind. What I'd *really* like to know is; for long term aging should I leave the wrappers on or remove them? <G>

good question......in most cases it is a good idea to unravel the cigar and store the wrapper leaf in a tub of some kind.....then when you put the wrapper back on you can pretend you're a cigar roller....this really adds new life to the hobby...
