Hell yeah, that's old school UFC. Very cool sid! I remeber cheering for him in the first couple of UFC's.

I know a guy who fights out of his camp. We were going to see him fight in Mt. Pleasant Michigan but we werent able to get up there.

he's a very good friend of a very good friend of mine (who fought in UFC1 & 4)....dan is going to fight my friend at mohegon sun in august...

Man, that is a blast! I remember watching those fights in the early UFC days... it was a different sport back then... not necessarily better or worse, but so much different than what they are doing today.

Yeah they had to come up with more rules, rounds etc.. to make it somewhat more like boxing (but still way better) because all the states where banning it. I love watching it every chance I get, of course i like the cage better (UFC). It is by far better than any other fighting sport going right now.!

if you're jonseing really bad for MMA action and you get the versus channel....check out the WEC....it's a small organization that the UFC owners just bought (bought PRIDE,as well).....check out urijah faber...imo the best P4P fighter around.....mad skills...lol
