a couple other random questions...

if they did peek at the cigars at all, would a full box of identical cigars be any more risky to carry on with bands than my normal mixture of stuff?

would carrying an otterbox on its own (not inside a bag) raise any eyebrows? (looking like a gun case or anything?)

If you want you can mail me everything you want that is cigar related (stogies, lighters, cutters, etc.) beforehand and they will be waiting for you at the airport when you get there. LMK.

I've never had the airport security open any otterbox, lg or sm, and I wouldn't worry if they were all the same or mixed if they did. They can xray it just like any other bag, so I'd just put it down on the rollers and push it thru along with your shoes.

If you're changing altitude, the pressure release valve is a godsend.
