Glad to have you back in one piece, Ken. It's encouraging to see that the doctors have not found a source for your bradycardia and hypotension - but this does make it a lot more puzzling. Hopefully, this will be a one-time incident and you'll never experience this again. Good luck!

One more thing here...I hope none of you ever have to be confined to a Cardiac Care Unit. The activity there is unreal. Folks run around there like madmen. One guy a couple of rooms down from me left us.
Yesterday I was served their version of breakfast. I was really hungry and could not wait to eat. So I lifted the lid on my plate to see some yellow balled up stuff that rolled around my plate...Eggs??? Hot damn...I spied a muffin...Where is the fricken butter??? Lookie...Lookie...A bowl of generic rice crispies...My favorite.  So I thew the eggs and rice crispies out to the pigeons that kept looking into my window. I ate my muffin along with a few ounces of skim milk and orange juice. What a way to start a day. |
