Got mine from younger days in the Army. Have always been pretty care free so buds started calling me slacker (cause I didn't give a s@%t). I sign Chief because when in Iraq, I started referring to myself in the third person to freak people out. Was enjoyable and besides whats not to like about The Chief!

Speedy G is the nickname I was given by some friends that I play hockey with. I am now almost 39. I didn't start playing until I was 33. S o speedy started out as a joke but it turned out to be true. I can catch almost everyone on the ice. My friends call my wife Mrs. Speedy G

When I was playing college football for U of I, I would grunt and groan a lot so my teammates called me Bear. My wife changed it to Joey Bear, both from football and because I followed the Grateful Dead for a few years. Then, when I moved to Alaska in '96, I became a certified hunting guide for bears. Because of that, I have bear tattoos to honor the ones I either killed or caused to be killed.

Ok I'm sure most of y'all can figure out where I got the tx part from LOL. The tuff part is the name of a bull rider Tuff Hedeman. I love going to the Rodeo and of course the bull riding is the best part. I picked the name because of the movie 8 Seconds which is the true story about another bull rider Lane Frost who got killed during a bull ride. Stephen Baldwin played Tuff in the movie and I just loved the character! Anyway started using it in 2000 for my email, it stuck.

Way back in the day when most people had never heard about the World Wide Web and pretty much the only browser was Mosaic, I was looking for something different from the development work I had been doing. I saw a lot of potential for this new-fangled WWW thing and became a web developer/master. I took the handle of Webmeister (I am of German descent), and it has stuck with me ever since.
