There's still time to get in on this everyone. We officially have 10 people signed up with probably 10 more who've inquired.

2008 Cigar Live Weight Loss Challenge Rules

1) Contest begins on January 2nd, 2008 and ends on May 1st, 2008.
2) Join the yahoo group at http://groups.yahoo.com/group/cigarlive
3) In the photo section, create an album with your cigarlive username as the title.
4) Post a beginning picture by Friday, January 4th in your album and put your beginning weight in the description.
5) Weekly results showing weight lost/gained posted to the group are ENCOURAGED, but not required.
6) Winner will be determined on May 1st, 2008 once all members have posted their updated picture and weight. Winner is determined by the largest percentage of body weight lost(rounded to the nearest tenth).

For example:
Start End Total % Lost
Person A: 250 200 20%
Person B: 235 187 20.4%
In this scenario, person B wins. Although Person A lost more total weight(50 lbs), person B lost 2 lbs less than person A, but it was a higher percentage of their starting bodyweight.

7) Losers will send the winner a 5er within 10 days of contest end.

Anyone object to a weekly tabulation being posted on the CL forum for everyone to view progress for additional moral support? No pics, just an update in the general discussion forum with the following for example:

Subject: Week 1 Results:
Message
Forgop -4.5 lbs
Joe Blow -2.8 lbs
Cigarsmoker -1.2 lbs

Any comments/questions/concerns with the initial rules?
