You guys are disappointing me!

I got my top secret CL clearance for the yahoo group and was hoping to see some "FAT BASTARDS" like me but nooooooooooooo, only emeraldskmoke, jitzy and I have posted photos. emerald smoke even gave us a nude shot:eeek: , well not quite but kudos for him!

C'mon all you wide bodied people out there get your pictures up there! :support: It looks like I am #2 behind chubzerous to be confirmed when he finds a scale for his weight class.

I have been fighting my weight since I can remember. Husky pants as a kid :baffled: big & tall as an adult :arghhhh: I did get down to 235 for a minute (size 3 from 289 a few years ago on the Atkins diet but I found all the weight I lost +5 lbs:angry: so now I am pulling all stops!

I am starting the process to qualify for and more important get my insurance to pay for the Lap Band surgery http://www.lapband.com/lapband/portal.do . We'll see how it goes. I know three people that had it and they are a mere fraction of the people they used to be. It will take some time for the process but in the mean time I will give it an earnest try to avoid surgery if I can.

Don't know about you being at the top....I'm over 350 and I believe close to 370...waiting to find a scale that can handle me to say for sure...

I just posted a picture. Start weight: 197.50. I probably will not win this contest, but this is great motivation to reach my goal weight (175). If I reach my goal, I will have lost 11.39%.

There are some good recipes to be had here.
What kills me is the fast food urge. Pack a lunch to work and stick to it. I also do not bring any small bills or any cash at all to work and be tempted with the vending machines.
Also my dogs are my excercise plan. To keep a Giant schnauzer at 80lbs requires a lot of activity on your part.
